By creating an account or using ΦLIA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ΦLIA. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

ΦLIA is designed to foster genuine, in-person connections. When using the app, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other members
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its APIs
• Create events intended to deceive or endanger attendees
• Use ΦLIA to facilitate illegal activity of any kind

Content You Create

You retain ownership of the content you post on ΦLIA (event descriptions, profile information, messages). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it within the app to other members as intended by the platform's features. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Connections & Events

ΦLIA facilitates introductions between members at events. We are not responsible for the conduct of members you connect with, either on or off the platform. Exercise the same judgment you would when meeting anyone new. Report any concerning behavior through the app.

Aura Points

Aura points are a measure of community engagement within ΦLIA. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for goods or services. We reserve the right to adjust the points system at any time.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Data & Privacy section in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

ΦLIA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other members.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
